French Bouchon Power Plant for Foreign Projects
Prefabricated cabin switch stations are widely used abroad, especially in load application places such as factories and commercial centers. Medium and low voltage switchgear, DC screens, protection monitoring units, etc. are installed and transported inside containers. Due to the fact that most of the parallel cabinet, busbar connection, secondary wiring and other work have been completed in the factory, the containers are quickly assembled after arrival at the site, and the functional units are quickly connected through connectors to complete the overall installation, commissioning and testing. The on-site construction period is greatly shortened, and the installation quality is guaranteed, avoiding installation problems caused by difficult on-site conditions.
The 9HA.01 combined cycle power plant in Bouchon, France uses all electrical equipment - medium voltage cabinets, low voltage cabinets, control cabinets, UPS, etc. - to be centrally installed in prefabricated warehouse modules. After on-site assembly, they become the core modules for generator output, control, protection, and other functions, with a high degree of standardization, meeting the needs of efficient production of gas-fired power generation.
17.5kV
Lightning impulse 95kV BIL
Short circuit current 40kA 104kA
Internal arc rating IAC AFLR 40kA 1s
Compact cabinet, 1400mm deep
Cabinet width 600mm (1250A), 750mm (2000A)
Application environment temperature, -25~50 degrees Celsius without capacity reduction
Specific features:
• Protection level IP43, height 2.7m (with pressure release system ARS and IP43), pressure is released to the outside of the prefabricated cabin through the pressure relief channel in case of internal arc failure, ensuring the safety of all internal equipment;
The pressure release channel is connected to the outside of the container, and a one-way cover plate is used to ensure that the external atmospheric environment cannot enter. In case of internal failure, the cover plate quickly opens and releases to the outside, ensuring that the interior of the switch room is not damaged;
Installation of front switch cabinet, front parallel cabinet, main busbar, grounding busbar, secondary line connection, current transformer, grounding switch, etc. can be replaced from the front of the cabinet;
Front cable installation, cable end temperature rise monitoring, and infrared observation window for front temperature rise measurement;
Cable room door interlocking, mechanical and electrical (locking magnet) interlocking system, and emergency unlocking solution;
Circuit breakers and other functional units can be used to close the door of the handcart by shaking it in/out, and emergency unlocking solutions for design failures can be implemented;
The transfer trolley is not locked with the switch cabinet, and the circuit breaker cannot be pulled out;
Mechanical interlocking ensures that the valve cannot be manually opened;
• Auxiliary switch contacts for valve status;
If the control plug is not connected, the VCB will not shake in;
Unless the VCB is in the working or testing position, the handle of the handcart cannot be removed;
Lock the door with a single mechanical motion handle without the need for tools to open it;
VCB handcart test, mechanical position indicator for working position;
The grounding switch indicator can be clearly visible at a distance of 2.5 meters;
Provide cable voltage withstand test and grounding terminals;
This switchgear meets the EDF standards of the French power company, with multiple safety assurance designs and complex electrical and mechanical redundant interlocks, such as auxiliary contacts for the position of the circuit breaker chamber valve and whether there is a circuit breaker handcart, for system monitoring and interlocking; There is also a mechanical interlock that requires the transfer handcart to be locked with the switchgear before the circuit breaker can be pulled out of the cabinet to ensure the safety of the operator.
In addition, clear mechanical position indications are required, such as the position of the circuit breaker handcart and the position of the grounding switch visible at 2.5 meters, all in accordance with the requirements for safe operation in specific environments of prefabricated cabins.
The IP43 switch cabinet is also considered to ensure factors such as pipeline leakage at the top of the cabinet and accidental leakage at the junction of the prefabricated compartment. The infrared temperature measurement window passes the status check, and the cable withstand voltage test terminal provides system withstand voltage inspection. Complete pre cabinet operation, maintenance, and cable head inspection are also necessary requirements for the application of prefabricated compartments.
